OUR SERVICE FEES

Our clinic is licensed by New York State, and all therapists are licensed and certified by the state. Our services are bound by New York State Confidentiality laws (Section 33.13). Any person who has a grievance may report to the Director, who will report to the Board of Directors. A written response will be made to all grievances.

Hamburg Counseling Service is participating with most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. If you do not have insurance, an affordable fee will be set according to your income.

There will be a charge for missed appointments if you do not call to cancel.
